Business and Adult Etiquette Skills

Whether you’re just starting out, moving into a new stage of your life, or are an established professional, knowing how to show respect for everyone around you is vital to your future success. Learning new etiquette skills or simply being reminded of the etiquette your family taught you as a child can help you become the individual you really want to be.

Business Etiquette

Individuals We offer business etiquette training that includes making positive first impressions, upgrading communication skills, optimizing networking opportunities, and demonstrating excellent dining etiquette skills. We also provide job interview etiquette hints to help individuals make their finest impressions when it counts the most. The Etiquette School of Birmingham is happy to work with you to create sessions tailored to your specific needs.
Companies In today’s competitive marketplace, management needs to be sure its associates are at the top of their game, representing the company to clients and potential clients in a respectful, positive manner. Offering etiquette seminars and/or dinners to select groups of associates at company meetings and retreats provides an added employment perk.
We provide answers to questions such as:
  • What’s the difference between business professional and business casual dress?
  • Does it really matter which fork I use?
  • Is it appropriate to order alcohol?
  • What’s the secret to caring in conversations with people I don’t know well?
  • Should I give my boss a holiday gift?
We work with each corporate client to create a curriculum that reflects its corporate culture and needs. Training can be held at your facility on your schedule for optimum convenience.
College Students Graduating college students have a lot on their minds. Increased competition from similarly qualified graduates for a limited number of jobs makes a young person’s entry into the real world difficult enough. Add to that a slow recovery from a worldwide pandemic.
What can a senior do to stand out and snag that dream job? Smart colleges are preparing their graduating seniors with interview skill training and hiring us for the etiquette training that helps applicants dress, act and communicate appropriately at interviews, whether it’s held in a corporate office or over a meal at a restaurant.
